- Blend coconut milk, aloe vera juice, almond butter, and honey together in a blender until smooth; add strawberries and mango and blend on high until smooth.
- Cook's Note:
- Strawberries and mangoes can be substituted with any other frozen fruit.
- For a sorbet, reduce the amount of coconut milk to 1/3 cup and aloe vera juice to 1/4 cup. Aloe vera juice can be substituted with water of another fruit juice.

After I made this, I added more honey and some vanilla extract. Icy and not-so-sweet, this works for a mid-afternoon break, and it has a very pretty color.
