Cook's Note:

Strawberries and mangoes can be substituted with any other frozen fruit.

For a sorbet, reduce the amount of coconut milk to 1/3 cup and aloe vera juice to 1/4 cup. Aloe vera juice can be substituted with water of another fruit juice.
