Summertime Almond Butter and Peach Sandwich


A different summertime sandwich that is quick and easy!

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 slices wheat bread

  • 1 peach, or to taste, sliced


  1. Spread almond butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Pile the sliced peaches atop one almond butter-covered slice and sandwich with the other.

Cook's Note:

This could also be made with peanut butter, but almond butter is recommended.
