"I learned this recipe from a friend and expected it to be disgusting considering it was filled with spinach. But it's delicious! It tastes just like a peanut-butter chocolate milkshake but it's healthy for you as well!"

  1. Blend spinach, soy milk, banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.

  • If the mixture's color isn't solid green, more spinach needs to be added.
  • This recipe can be altered in mostly anyway. If you want something cold, you may add ice to it.
  • Any type of chocolate milk can be used.
