PAM(R) Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

It has a very good flavor. But I had issue with the butter topping. During the baking the sides of the dough cooked up higher than the middle, so all the butter ran down into middle. It became a lake of butter! So the middle never actually cooked well because it was so butter saucy. I ended up tipping it into the sink and letting the butter run off and cooking it longer. I also added a tsp of lemon juice to the cream cheese, Yum!. I think this recipe would be great topped with fruit. Perhaps apples, or cherries...
