PAM(R) Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

YUMMM! These are so easy, and so good! If you want to make them super-easy, use one can of dough, lay it out on a large sprayed baking sheet, press half of it down slightly, spread half of your cheesecake filling on the pressed side, and fold over the remaining half of dough to top it, stretching it slightly to fit. Then, repeat. Instead of using butter, I sprinkled the cinnamon sugar over the top, and sprayed it with a little more PAM. They baked beautifully! For perfect squares, cut with a pizza cutter once completely cooled.
