PAM(R) Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

A super simple recipe using a handful of everyday ingredients. If you feel that the top crust will be a bit tricky just roll out the crescent rolls between two pieces of parchment paper to fit your baking dish. Remove one piece of parchment, place the dough on top and peel away the other piece of parchment. As a change of pace we like to drizzle caramel over the top in place of honey. If you want to impress last minute dinner guests this is it. CandelB thank you for this great recipe. *Update* I'm not a big fan of refrigerated crescent rolls however they work really well in this recipe. I have made this with Splenda in place of the sugar and it works just as well.
