Simple Sauteed Spinach

Awesome. I've been making sautéed spinach like this for some time now. But decided to make as written with the addition of red pepper flakes . I used approximately 6 cups of a baby spinach/kale mix. Used half the oil and 2 cloves of garlic minced. It only needed to heat in the oil for about 30 seconds before adding the greens. Also used the zest of half a lemon in addition to the full amount of lemon juice as I like the lemon garlic combo. This is such a great way to get your greens in.. Aside from a raw salad.
