Cook's Note:

You can substitute blueberries for the strawberries. You can substitute frozen strawberries for the ice.

You can use a sugar substitute (such as Splenda(R)) for the sugar. You can substitute soy milk for the milk.

8.4.16 Used vanilla almond milk and fresh strawberries. Flavor was a little weak so in the future I'll add more strawberries (and they'll be frozen not fresh) and either eliminate or cut back on the ice. Read More

I liked this recipe but i needed to add a little more than you put. and i used blueberries and it tasted bland and it tasted more like milk so i add some rasberries and a couple almonds. Read More
