  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange bananas onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar, lemon juice, honey, and orange juice over the bananas; cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.

The name is misleading. basically you are cooking bananas on a grill, not grilling the banana meat. Use extremely firm bananas, otherwise they will completely mush up. Personally? I prefer t...

I have made this before by cutting the bananas into coins and lightly sauteing them in butter and sprinkling with cinnamon and nutmeg, then serving them on top of vanilla ice cream.

I made it with ice cream it was good but i don't know if i will make it again the same way.

Cooking in the oven sure isn't grilled. Taste is really good, but don't call it grilled.
