Frozen Blueberry Smoothie


This is a great recipe for a hot day. For a thicker texture, use cream instead of milk. You can substitute 1 packet of stevia for the sugar.

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 kiwi, peeled

  • 2 teaspoons raw sugar


  1. Blend blueberries, milk, yogurt, kiwi, and sugar together in a blender until smooth.
