  1. Stir black beans, tomatoes, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder together in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until the tomatoes soften, 10 to 15 minutes.

Super easy and flavorful! Will make again and again !

Super easy. I add a green bell pepper and saute it with minced garlic, so I don't use the garlic powder. Freezes well to bring for lunch to work.
