  1. Combine walnuts and garlic in Oster(R) Versa(R) Performance Blender; PULSE on HIGH 2 to 3 times to chop finely.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
  3. If necessary PULSE on HIGH 5 to 6 times to combine.

Liked it VERY much!! I put a little TOO much garlic I think. Next time I will put one clove. I added two cloves, but they were rather large. Will make this again!

My first time making pesto. This is delicious. I followed directions exactly as written. I toasted the walnuts in a skillet on stovetop. The heat brings the flavorful oil flavor out.

I used all basil from my garden and walnuts. This is great! Very easy and tastes terrific!

I used a 1/4 C of Hempseed oil and 1/4 C of EVOO, put everything together and blended with Bamix immersion blender and it turned out amazingly!!

Yes I used less basil because I didn't have enough. I used slightly more Parmesan, more cheesy. and I threw some oregano maybe 1/8 cup into it. Plus I used course pink Himalayan salt.

It was very thick. Not the best I've made.

will definitely make again. made as directed, added a little salt, just over 1/2 tsp, and a little extra chhese. delish!
