Avocados and Almonds

- Arrange avocado slices on a platter or several appetizer plates.
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat until butter begins to bubble and foam. Cook and stir chopped almonds in hot butter until golden and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer almonds to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
- Top each avocado slice with almonds and sea salt.

- You can substitute olive oil or grapeseed oil for butter, if desired.

Thank you! I love avocados but sometimes eating them all by themselves can be a challenge. I loved this and it really was fast and easy! Watch out though, they burn quick!
Nice alternate way to eat up the avocados. The only change I made was I added a small amount of minced garlic to the butter and almonds. Very good, Ty for sharing.
