  1. Cook sesame seeds in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until seeds are toasted and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cover with a lid.
  2. Place sugar in a blender and pour in enough water to fill halfway; add seeds. Blend sugar-seed mixture until smooth; pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Repeat blending and straining if a thinner drink is desired, adding more water as desired. Refrigerate juice until cooled, about 1 hour.

I bought my seeds already toasted and it tasted just like I used to drink it in PR. Can't wait to make this drink for my son. He is in the military but is excited to drink it again....he loved...

Very, very delicious. If you don't like things sweet, definitely add less sugar. I used 3/4 the amount written and would lessen it further the next time. Also, I believe this would work with aga...
