- Pour lemonade into the cubes of an ice cube tray. Drop one cinnamon heart into each cube. Freeze until lemonade cubes are frozen, 8 hours to overnight.
- Dip the ice cube tray into hot water until cubes release from the tray, 10 to 15 seconds.
