Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Vanilla Banana Pops

"A gluten- and dairy-free vanilla or chocolate banana pop. Perfect for the summer, these pops are incredibly easy to make and use only 3 to 4 ingredients. Experiment with different fruits such as peaches, strawberries, blueberries or a combination of your choice. Your kids will love these, as will you! Enjoy!"

  1. Blend bananas, almond milk, and honey together in a blender until smooth. Pour banana mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight. Run warm water over the mold to release ice pops.

  • Cook's Note:
  • The number of pops yielded depends on the size of of container used to freeze them.
  • These can be transformed to chocolate flavor by using almond chocolate milk and 2 tablespoons cocoa in place of vanilla almond milk.
  • You can substitute the sweetener of your choice for the honey.

Very healthy & delicious!

WAYYYY too much banana!!! I had to add 1 1/2 oranges and some peel to even get a hint of orange. I could barely taste any chocolate either.

I didn't find this to be a good consistency and it lacked overall taste.
