Colorful Slow Cooker Soup

Rated as 3.25 out of 5 Stars

"I've been doing lots of slow cooker meals while we're doing our kitchen remodel. I threw this together on a busy day, and it turned out to be a big hit. Easy, healthy, and delicious! Serve topped with crumbled feta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Delicious with garlic toast!"
