  2. Mash butter, chipotle peppers, lime zest, and salt together in a bowl until evenly mixed.
  3. Place corn on the grill, place lid on the grill, and cook corn, turning occasionally, until husks are charred, about 20 minutes. Serve corn with spicy butter.

This was tasty! I had a super hard time combining the chipotle w/ the butter, so keep that in mind and maybe use a hand mixer or food processor to get it completely combined. This had good flavo...
