  1. Blend milk, half-and-half, sugar, lemon extract, and cinnamon in a blender; add blueberries and blend until thick and smooth. Blend vanilla wafers and ice cubes into milk mixture until desired consistency is reached.

  • You can substitute 1 packet of your choice of sugar substitute for the sugar.
  • You can substitute 2% milk for the whole milk. You can substitute fat-free half-and-half for the half-and-half.
