  1. Blend cucumbers, water, green chile pepper, mint, and salt together in a blender until juice is smooth. Pour juice into glasses and add 1 teaspoon lime juice to each glass.

Definitely refreshing but found it a little bland despite salt addition. Needs something else but couldn't quite pin point exactly what.

Invigorating with a hint of spiciness from the chile pepper. Next time I make this I will use ice as needed in place of the water prior to blending.
