Whenever I need a quick refreshing cool-down, this smoothie is my summer favorite!

  • 1 cup milk

  • mango - peeled, seeded, and diced

  • 4 strawberries, hulled

  • ¼ cup low-fat peach yogurt

  • 3 teaspoons honey


  1. Blend milk, mango, strawberries, yogurt, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
