  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks in large bowl. Combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, butter and maple extract in large bowl. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.

Tips

*To toast nuts: Place nuts in dry nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat, shaking pan until nuts are lightly browned. To avoid over browning remove from pan immediately.

This was the best creation I have ever made right after my children. SUPER easy WAY TOO delicious and haven't stopped crying since it's been gone. I'm making more today but I will be making a double batch. (I use Irish Kerygold butter and only organic all natural syrup. Of course I toasted the pecans too.) Don't say I didn't warn you. Read More

Eagle Brand just came out with caramel sweetened condensed milk. I made this using it and it was incredible. You must use heavy cream anything with less fat will NOT beat well. Read More
