  1. Preheat an oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
  2. Roll pizza dough onto a baking stone. Spread pureed figs over crust for the 'sauce'. Crumble feta cheese over fig layer. Arrange prosciutto slices evenly over cheese layer.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until crust is crisp and browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over pizza.

This was good, but very mild flavored. The quality of the balsamic vinegar drizzle makes a huge difference! (More for the money is NOT better when it comes to a quality, aged balsamic!) I thi...

The feta overwhelmed the other flavors. I will not make this again but if I was going to I would use goat cheese or brie, and bacon instead off prosciutto.

This was great! We added a sprinkle of Parmesan as well.
