  1. Mash avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and honey together in a bowl until smooth and creamy; season with salt and pepper. Fold chicken, onion, and celery into avocado mixture until coated.

  • Shallots can be substituted for the onion.

I've made this recipe multiple times and it's quickly become one of my favorites for lunch! I usually make this on bread for a sandwich but if I'm really feeling fancy I make this on toast (lol)...
