  1. Stir chicken, yogurt, onion, cotija cheese, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper together in a large bowl. Gently fold avocado into chicken mixture until salad is evenly distributed. Stir lime juice, salt, and cumin into salad.

  • Microwave lime for 10 to 15 seconds and use a fork to juice it. You'll get the pulp and so much more juice.
