  1. Blend ice and sugar together in a blender until slushy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add watermelon and blend until smooth; pour into glasses and garnish with spearmint leaves.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Please remove the seeds or else it will give you a bitter taste.
  • If you want your cooler a bit sour, you can add a few drops of lemon juice, depending on your taste.
