This is one of my favorite recipes and it is also very easy to make and helps a lot in summer and prevents dehydration. nHave a happy summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • ½ cup white sugar, or to taste

  • 1 watermelon, cut into cubes and seeded

  • 2 spearmint leaves, or more to taste

Directions

  1. Blend ice and sugar together in a blender until slushy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add watermelon and blend until smooth; pour into glasses and garnish with spearmint leaves.

Cook's Note:

Please remove the seeds or else it will give you a bitter taste.

If you want your cooler a bit sour, you can add a few drops of lemon juice, depending on your taste.
