  1. Beat cream in a glass or metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the whipped cream will form sharp peaks. Fold mango puree into whipped cream. Scoop mango mousse into serving glasses and chill until set, about 3 hours.

This is so easy! I would have liked a bit more flavor so next time I will probably add lime juice when I purée the mango.

So easy. I added a little lemon juice when I cut up the mango and a teaspoon sugar when I puréed it. It was delicious summer dessert

Fresh and light. I layered it in a tall 5 oz. cup by putting about 1/4 cup of the mango & whip cream on the bottom, a couple tablespoons of mango purée on top of that and finish with another 1/4...

Really easy, I only had a mango and cream in fridge..great quick pudding.
