"This a great steak marinade that has citrus and spice flavoring. The sugar will burn quickly on the grill so be mindful of the time the steak is on the grill."

  1. Whisk pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger together in a bowl until evenly combined.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add the steak (preferably rib-eye), coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator, rotating after 2 to 3 days, until steak is fully marinated, 4 to 6 days total.

24 hours was plenty of marinade time for me. This was good but I will definitely reduce the amount of sugar next time if not leave it out altogether. Super tender and juicy but just a little too...
