  1. Blend raspberries and 1/2 of the ice cubes in a blender until evenly combined; add orange juice and blend. Add the remaining ice cubes and rum to raspberry mixture; blend until smooth.

  • Cook's Notes:
  • If you do not want to use the whole amount of rum, you can substitute the rest with orange juice.
  • If you need to thin the consistency, add either more juice or rum (whichever you prefer to taste).
