Wasabi Mashed Potatoes from Kikkoman®

Fluffy mashed potatoes get a kick with the addition of wasabi sauce.

  • 3 pounds potatoes

  • ½ cup canned evaporated milk

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Wasabi Sauce*


  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Return to pot; mash. Add milk and butter to potatoes. Beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add Wasabi Sauce.


* Season potatoes to taste with Wasabi Sauce, and salt. Cover and keep at room temperature.
