Original recipe yields 6 servings
- Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Return to pot; mash. Add milk and butter to potatoes. Beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add Wasabi Sauce.
- * Season potatoes to taste with Wasabi Sauce, and salt. Cover and keep at room temperature.
