I didn't have the tomatillo's so I used tomatoes and I don't like cilantro so emitted that but the rest the same. It was awesome made 2 large bowls and none went to waste. Read More

I didn't care for this as much as I thought I would. While I appreciate the addition of the mango and tomatillos the mint ruined it for me. Prefer more traditional guacamole. It was ok but I probably won't make again. Read More

YUM! Great combo of flavors and textures. The store was out of fresh mint so I used a bit of dried and that was fine. Served w/ salty tortilla chips this was a hit YUM! Thanks for sharing.:) Read More

I wanted to leave a review as there aren't many for this recipe. I had mangoes and tomatilloes sitting on my counter and had no idea what to do with them. We love guac so we decided to try this. We used a jalapeno as that was the only pepper I had on hand. We also didn't quite make it to a tablespoon of mint as our mint plant didn't have enough leaves. It turned out great. The mango and mint are subtle. The flavors blend wonderfully. I'll be keeping this for future mangoes which end up in my possession. Read More
