This is a great basic recipe that you can play with if you'd like. The flavors here though are clean. You can add other ingredients, such as clam juice, ketchup (so I've been told), cucumber....

Great recipe! I like to marinate it for thirty minutes in the fridge and eat it on tostadas.

Definitely for those on a budget dish but not bad for first timers cevichens and those afraid of the "raw fish."
