This is a great basic recipe that you can play with if you'd like. The flavors here though are clean. You can add other ingredients such as clam juice ketchup (so I've been told) cucumber. But this is a great one that is easily made. I can make it even while I am at work...yup that easy. I like to serve it with lettuce on the side. Also great on tortilla chips or tostadas. Read More
