French Egg and Bacon Sandwich

I made these for lunch today, and we gobbled them up. I added an extra egg, and next time I will just make the 2, I also added cinnamon and vanilla. I omitted the syrup because I didn't want the mess with my son, but it was missed and I am adding it next time, and there will be a next time!! Thank you!!
