  • Mash potatoes in a large bowl. Add milk-chocolate mixture to potatoes and stir until combined. Add cheese and mash together with potatoes; season with salt.

I must admit I made this on a dare.:) What a pleasant surprise. The white chocolate does indeed add a buttery taste to the potatoes as well as a slight sweetness.. kind of like a sweet potato. It is very rich so small servings of this are plenty. Read More
