  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Pour melted margarine into a small glass baking dish. Stir flour into the melted margarine until all the flour is moistened. Flake salmon into the dish; add crackers. Pour milk over the mixture and stir.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 30 minutes.

  • I have cooked this on automatic delay in the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes with halved zucchini and roasted potatoes.

I made this as directed and found it like a salmon patty, but I agree alittle onion would help a lot. Also I agree it would be Delish in a zucchini boat this summer.

This was quick and easy. Everyone enjoyed it. I added half of an onion diced and some seasoning to the mixture. Will make again.
