The 1:1 ratio of lemon juice to olive oil made the lemon overpower the flavor of this dressing.

Very good for detox. With a little sugar would be better.

I think that salt is a must, but bc of my diet I had to make it without.

This is a very easy and light salad dressing that is perfect for those who love the flavor of lemon.
