  1. Heat a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  2. Return pan to heat and season ground beef mixture with chili powder. Pour water into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir corn, tomatoes, and macaroni into the mixture; bring to a simmer and cook until the macaroni is tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle contents of cheese packet from macaroni and cheese package over the mixture; stir.

This is VERY BLAND and not good at all. Once completed I had to completely re-season the entire dish. Will never make again

quick easy and yummy!

Easy. Fast. Not a ton of dirty dishes. Kids ate it. Husband ate it. SCORE! We doubled it and had lots of good leftovers.

Delicious! I did switch things up a bit. I used ground turkey and cooked some fresh garlic with the onion. i also used a combo of a 10oz can of rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles and 4.5oz of...

Make it with Velveeta shells and cheese, and I think it made it super creamy! Quick dish!

It was very good and filling! I think I will omit or add less onions the next time I make it though, that's just a personal preference of mine.
