"This is yummy dish from a great friend. I hated avocado with a capital 'H,' and this made me love it. It is a great party appetizer or a quick weeknight meal for one. Eat by itself or serve with pita bread or tortilla chips."

Very nice! I used white corn b/c that's all I had on hand. I thought it was gonna need something else, but it really didn't. Nice and refreshing...I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing...

Good flavor but I think that it needs something more. Maybe if my avocado was a day more ripe.
