  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet heat the Barilla Traditional sauce with butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain and toss the pasta with the sauce.
  4. Remove from the heat and add cheese and basil. Stir to combine.

While this recipe was a quick fix for supper, we did not care for the jarred sauce at all. Would use the Barilla tortellini again.

Delicious, and great for the kiddos

I did enjoy this recipe. It was so quick and easy to throw together. I am not sure what the butter added to the sauce. I would probably omit it the next time. The pasta cooked up great. I love B...

so easy, so tasty, loved every minute of this recipe

This was good, nothing earth shattering, but a very good meal.

I added fresh garlic, onions, italian seasoning instead of basil leaves, and put in a 1/4 c of heavy whipping cream. Great hit with the kids!
