  1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot until salt is dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir cherry juice and lemon juice into salted water. Remove pot from heat and chill in refrigerator, about 4 hours.

WAY too much salt, plus the cherry juice made it to tart

This was good. Do your homework, the tart cherry juice can be expensive.
