  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Mix sweetened flaked coconut and unsweetened flaked coconut together in a bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk; stir until coconut is evenly coated. Pour coconut mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 7 to 10 minutes.

Soooooo good!!!! The only thing I might add next time would be a light drizzle of chocolate along the top. Absolutely perfect and you can t get any easier than mixing 3 ingredients together and baking it. Thanks for a great recipe! Read More

This was easy and tastes great, but since I didn't have enough coconut and I'm the only one that would eat it, I asked for 6 servings instead of 12. 12 servings uses 4 CUPS of coconut but 6 servings only uses 4 TABLESPOONS? I don't think so. I used the 1/2 can condensed milk that I had and the close to 2 cups coconut I had and it needed more coconut to hold together, but I don't care how it looks so am eating it by the fingerful! But someone needs to fix the ingredients for less than 12 servings! It would have been soup! Read More
