  1. Stir soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, and ground ginger in a bowl together until ginger is dissolved.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • Marinate flank steak in a covered 13x9-inch baking dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, flipping about half-way through the marinating time.
  • For best results, cook steak on the grill.

Excellent and easy. I used fresh, grated ginger. Will definitely make it again!

Quick and easy! I put this marinade on some steak for stir fry for about 2 hours. We loved the flavor it gave the steak!
