Easy Steak Marinade


Here is a family-favorite marinade for flank steak.

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Stir soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, and ground ginger in a bowl together until ginger is dissolved.

Cook's Notes:

Marinate flank steak in a covered 13x9-inch baking dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, flipping about half-way through the marinating time.

For best results, cook steak on the grill.
