This guac is always a huge hit at parties and potlucks! I've gotten many requests for the recipe. It is so easy and delicious! You can use fresh cilantro instead of a big sploosh of cilantro paste, but the paste is easier and tastier.

This is very good! I really liked the addition of the crunchy cucumber and sweet pomegranate. I did add some chopped tomatoes leftover from our taco dinner last night but that was my only change. I may even add some garlic next time just for another layer of flavor. Thanks for sharing.:) Read More
