Cheesy Black Bean Guacamole
This is a great twist on a traditional guacamole. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or you can even use it as a spread. It is absolutely delicious and one of my favorite snacks.

You can add more or less of any ingredient to suit your taste. I use Romano cheese because it is strong and flavorful, but you can use any cheese you like.
Green onions can be substituted for chives.
