  1. Stir mango, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over the mango mixture and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until flavors blend and salsa is cold, at least 30 minutes.


  • Cook's Note:
  • If you cannot find a mango, 1 to 2 peaches are a great substitute.

Really simple to make and so good! I made this with 2 mangos so I increased the amounts slightly. Also, I didn't have Roma or Serrano, so I used regular tomato and jalapeno. Great on grilled ...
