Ch-ch-ch Chia Seed Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding
This delicious, nutritious pudding is easy to make and easier to eat! Yum! Chia seeds have a crunchy/slippery texture which makes them fun to chew. Great for the kids as a healthy snack and dessert.
You can add a bit of salt and vanilla if you like to bring out the taste. Also, I'm sure you can use any dried sweet dried fruit such as figs or raisins to substitute for the apricots.
