Easy Broccoli and Ham Quiche
This quiche has great flavor and can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It tastes just as great the next day for leftovers! Use your favorite cheese!

Cook's Note:
You can substitute fresh broccoli (2 cups) instead of steamed. I have added this to the saucepan to cook with the onions and garlic until soft. I also used a mixture of Cheddar and provolone cheese. I would think mushrooms and red peppers might make this even better, but my family is picky.
