Ultimate Fruit Smoothie


This is a easy but healthy smoothie that anyone can make. A little tang and a dash of sweet combine to make an excellent smoothie!

  • ½ cup 2% milk

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ½ mango - peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks

  • ½ fresh peach - peeled, pitted, and sliced

  • ¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 2 strawberries


  1. Blend milk, orange juice, mango, peach, pineapple, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.

Cook's Note:

If this not smooth enough, add milk and orange juice until desired consistency is reached.
