  1. Prepare Grilled & Ready(R) Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms in hot oil for 4 minutes. Add sweet pepper; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir-fry sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Serve over hot cooked linguine.

Kinda bland. i would add onions, minded garlic and maybe even water chestnuts.

Easy and high in protein!

I more than enjoyed this recipe, it was delicious, all the ingredients of my choice and the Tyson Grilled Chicken is also tasty for me. I didn't know this chicken was in the frozen department...

I used this just for the process and proportions, but I chose uncooked chicken and different vegetables.
