Original recipe yields 17 servings
- Place strawberries in a clean, dry sealable container; add vodka. Seal container and store in a cool, dark area until strawberries lose their color, 3 to 4 days. Remove strawberries and strain vodka into a container.
- Cook's Note:
- The vodka doesn't have to be top shelf, but the quality will effect the outcome. You may wish to add a cup of sugar to round off the alcohol finish.
- For long-term storage I like to re-use the original bottles.
